Helpjuice podržava SSO provjeru autentičnosti s ADFS-om.
Da bi to funkcioniralo, Helpjuice konfigurirajte Helpjuice kao pouzdanu stranu na vašem ADFS serveru. U nekim slučajevima za to možete koristiti dolje navedene XML metapodatke, ali to možete učiniti i pomoću njihovog čarobnjaka korak po korak.

Također morate otići na Helpjuice Settings> SSO i popuniti detalje o vašem ADFS serveru. Za adfs, morate dati Identity Provider URL-a, u SHA1 otisaka prstiju, Izdavatelj (to je samo tvoj Helpjuice URL) i set verifikaciju onemogućiti Kontekst prazan.
