You see this because you have now successfully installed the Helpjuice Slack integration! Congrats!
What now?
Now that you've linked Helpjuice to your Slack account, Helpjuice will automatically send any Slack user who also has a Helpjuice account a message to let them know about the Helpjuice Slack integration and how it works.
Any user who is not connected, Helpjuice Slac kb ot allows you to invite them via Slack, if they have a Helpjuice login - if you are an Admin.
How does the Slack integration work?
You can get a list of all commands given by / help juice run to help-command, but some of the general Beschi kb are actions:
- Search Knowledge Base Articles with the / helpjuice "your term"
- Create / record knowledge directly by selecting text and clicking " Helpjuice Article"
- Stay Helpjuice for any changes to articles by visiting the Helpjuice bot
