The function See Also you can view items in multiple categories without the content having to copy / paste. Any changes made to the article are automatically reflected in all categories in which the content is also displayed.
View articles in multiple categories
To use this function:
- Click New article or edit an existing article
- Click on Categories
- In the Main Category tab, select a new main category (if necessary)
- Click Also show in and choose where to display the content
In your Dashboard you can easily see if the article is displayed in multiple categories. Hover over the folder icon and all locations will be displayed.
Support Home
Support Home is not considered a main category. If you have an article in Support Home and you also try to display it in a new category, the article will be moved to that category.
